Brussels Airlines recherche un(e) designer et développeur Flash/HTML pour concevoir et adapter des campagnes en ligne couvrant la Belgique, l'Europe, l'Afrique et les départements internes.

Le poste requiert un Bachelor en Graphisme, une expérience de 2 ans minimum en studio ou agence, et un portfolio en ligne. Travail en équipe, flexibilité et capacité d'apprentissage dans un cadre international sont essentiels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor en Visual Art ou équivalent en Graphisme.
• Langue: néerlandais ou français et anglais.
• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en studio ou agence créative.
• Portefolio en ligne exigé.
• Aptitude relationnelle et flexibilité.
• Capacité à apprendre dans un contexte international.
• Esprit rapide et apprenant.
• Autonome et travail en équipe.

Responsabilités

• Créer et adapter des campagnes en ligne: newsletters, bannières et mini-sites.
• Proposer des concepts créatifs en se basant sur les briefs internes.
• Réaliser des projets ad hoc pour les départements Europe et Afrique.
• Garantir les standards qualité et les aspects techniques.
• Effectuer les tests des mails et bannières.
• Valider les maquettes avec le Marketing Communication Manager.

Mission

As a Flash/HTML Designer and Developer, you create, adapt and develop all requests for on‑line campaigns for Brussels Airlines (Belgium, Europe, Africa and internal departments)

Main tasks

• Create new ideas and adapt existing online campaigns:
• Based on existing guidelines and internal briefings, develop and propose a creative concept or idea for all online projects such as newsletters, banners & mini‑sites
• Variation of existing concepts developed by external creative agency (adapt language and format)
• Develop ad‑hoc projects for all departments and outstations in Europe & Africa (banners, mailings, mini‑sites, etc)
• Ensure the quality standards and technical aspects.
• Make necessary tests in order to ensure that all technical aspects of online mailings and banners are working at all time
• Validation of the lay‑out by the Marketing Communication Manager

Your profile

• Bachelor in Visual Art or equivalent in Graphic Design.
• Language knowledge: Dutch or French, English. Other European languages are an asset
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Studio or creative Agency.
• Show online creative Portfolio.
• Outgoing & flexible
• Willing to learn within an international environment
• Quick thinker and learner
• Accurate and well organized
• Fun to work with
• Able to work independently
• Team player

Technical Skills Required For The Job

• Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash 10, Actionscript2, Timeline based animations, XHTML, CSS, InDesign CS3
• Experience with Banner production, Assets, Fireworks, Eyeblaster platform, Actionscript3, Design and typography, creation of newsletters and mailings (with table)
• Skills with Social Media, knowledge of HTML5 is a plus
