ALSTOM Gruppe in Belgium is seeking an ISR project engineer to identify and monitor workload forecasts for ISR work-packages and secure adequate staffing for project ISR and Service Engineering teams.

You will coordinate with various functions to implement ISR processes, review management plans, and produce KPI dashboards. English is required; French fluent, and experience in ISR processes is preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with relevant service engineering background.
• Minimum 1 year of Services engineering WP management experience.
• English working level; French fluent.

Responsabilités

• Identify and monitor workload forecasts for ISR work-packages and ensure adequate staffing.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to implement the ISR process across projects.
• Review ISR management plans and assure application of ISR Design Reviews.
• Produce ISR WP KPI dashboards aligned with guidelines.
