ILIAS Solutions is seeking an Analytics Engineer in Diegem, Belgium for a hybrid, permanent role. You will split time between client-site embedment and the Product Engineering Team, turning raw data into dashboards and insights for mission readiness.

Expertise in SQL, Python, data modelling, and dashboarding is required, with strong French, Dutch and English language skills and NATO security-clearance eligibility. Hybrid work and a company car are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Production-grade SQL, complex transformations and data modelling expertise.
• Practical Python scripting for ETL, data transformation and automation.
• Analytical and dimensional modelling experience for asset-tracking contexts.
• Dashboard authoring in BI/analytical tools with transferable experience.
• Consulting and requirements-gathering for client-facing deployments.
• Proficiency in French, Dutch and English for requirements discussions and delivery.
• Git discipline in security-conscious environments with client-facing work in defence.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain national or NATO security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Own the SQL layer end-to-end from raw data to production-ready models.
• Build and maintain analytical models underpinning asset tracking and maintenance workflows.
• Publish dashboards and views in collaboration with client stakeholders.
• Apply Python for data transformation and integration glue while keeping pipelines reliable.
• Elicit requirements from French- and Dutch-speaking client teams and translate into outputs.
• Own testing and documentation during on-site rotations and hand over to wider teams.
