ST Engineering iDirect in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium, seeks a Project Finance Analyst to join the program control team. You will help plan, track, and report on project performance across varying contract types, ensuring accounting integrity and IFRS compliance.

The role collaborates with program managers, contracts, procurement, and finance, supporting pricing activities, forecasting, and variance analyses while maintaining high standards of ethics and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Program Management.
• 3–8 years in Program Control, Pricing, or related field with emphasis in Finance/Accounting.
• Strong Excel/MS Office skills; SAP experience is a plus.
• Understanding CPFF and FP contracts; knowledge of revenue recognition.

Responsabilités

• Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis support to Program Managers and management.
• Develop and maintain project-level revenue forecasts and EACs.
• Lead project setup in compliance with contractual terms and requirements.
• Prepare accurate EACs and ensure revenue/profit is recorded correctly.
• Identify project risks and opportunities and advise on actions with PM/Contracts/Finance.
• Monitor costs, budgets, and manpower; perform cost transfers as needed.
• Prepare variance analyses and PMR presentations for management.
• Support/perform program proposal pricing activities and billing status monitoring.
