Securitas Technology Belgium is looking for an Invoicing Officer to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for contracts, installations, maintenance and repairs. You will prepare and process customer invoices, check pricing and invoicing details, and review pro-forma invoices and purchase orders.

You will also manage credit notes and re-invoicing, maintain customer data in the CRM, and handle invoice-related questions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration/Secretarial Studies, or equivalent.
• Strong affinity with numbers and administrative work.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
• Accurate, structured and detail-oriented.
• Customer and service minded.
• Analytical and comfortable working autonomously.
• A real team player with a proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Preparing and processing customer invoices
• Checking work orders, prices and invoicing details
• Reviewing pro-forma invoices and purchase orders
• Managing credit notes and re-invoicing when necessary
• Maintaining and updating customer data in our CRM system
• Handling customer questions and complaints related to invoices and credit notes
• Following up with customers by phone and email
• Working closely with internal teams such as technicians, team leaders, managers, Planning and Credit Control
