The ideal candidate will hold a master’s degree and have 0-2 years of consulting experience. Additional skills in MS Office and strong communication abilities are essential. The position offers a dynamic environment with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years of professional experience in consulting or transformation projects.
• Experience with digitalisation tools or process automation platforms is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage and deliver complex process transformation projects independently.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to define system requirements and oversee development.
• Lead change management efforts including stakeholder alignment and communication.
