DynaFin Consulting in Belgium is hiring a Business Analyst Consultant to join our Financial Services practice. You’ll work on client projects, supported by seasoned colleagues, and help transform investment products, client journeys and related processes.

Expect to map Front, Middle and Back Office lifecycles, translate business needs into BRD/FRD and acceptance criteria, and contribute to UAT and go-live preparation using Agile and Waterfall methods.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Financial Services, with mandatory hands-on project experience.
• Knowledge of at least one Investment area: Private Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management or Securities Services.
• Understanding of investment products and their lifecycle.
• Ability to clarify business needs, structure requirements and work with Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• A structured and curious mindset, with an interest in regulatory and technological developments, including the use of AI.
• Fluent in English; good command of Dutch or French mandatory.
