Phinest, a Belgian management consulting firm, seeks a Business Analyst for Financial Services & Investment. You will gather and document requirements, analyze investment processes, and collaborate with Business, IT and Compliance to deliver solutions.

You will work on regulatory and transformation initiatives in a hybrid setup, leveraging Excel, SQL and BI tools to interpret data and support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Master Degree.
• 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services.
• Good understanding of investment products and financial services.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments (MiFID) is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze and document business, functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze and optimize business processes related to investment services and financial products.
• Collect and interpret business and financial data to support decision-making.
