DynaFin Consulting in Belgium is seeking a Business Analyst Consultant to join client projects across investment products and services. You will analyze business needs, map client journeys, and translate requirements into BRD/FRD while collaborating with Business, Operations and IT.

You bring at least 2 years of BA experience in Financial Services, knowledge of investment lifecycles, and fluency in English with Dutch or French.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Financial Services.
• Knowledge of investment domains such as Private Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management or Securities Services.
• Understanding of investment products and their lifecycle.
• Ability to clarify business needs, structure requirements and work with Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Fluent in English; good command of Dutch or French required.

Responsabilités

• Map Front, Middle and Back Office processes and product lifecycles (equities, bonds, derivatives).

Your Impact

• As a Business Analyst Consultant, you’ll work on projects at our clients, supported by experienced DynaFin colleagues.
• Analyse business needs, client journeys and operations related to investment products and services
• Map Front, Middle and Back Office processes and product lifecycles, including equities, bonds and derivatives
• Translate business needs into clear business and functional requirements (BRD/FRD), business rules and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Business, Operations and IT through workshops and project delivery
• Contribute to UAT, issue follow-up and go-live preparation

What you bring

• At least 2 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Financial Services, with mandatory hands-on project experience
• Knowledge of at least one Investment area: Private Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management or Securities Services
• Understanding of investment products and their lifecycle
• Ability to clarify business needs, structure requirements and work with Agile and Waterfall approaches
• A structured and curious mindset, with an interest in regulatory and technological developments, including the use of AI
• Fluent in English; good command of Dutch or French mandatory
