Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies, based in Brussels, Belgium, seeks a Customer Relations Specialist EMEA to manage orders, returns and sales administration while building strong customer relationships across the EMEA region.

You will coordinate cross-functional activities, ensure timely communications, and resolve customer issues in line with SOPs and quality procedures, supporting continuous improvement initiatives and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in international environments.
• Proficient English communication.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage orders, check discrepancies, incoterms, pricing, and stock.
• Handle order-related issues: price issues, country exclusions, credits, backorders.
• Coordinate with warehouse on shipments, labeling, and special documentation.
• Ensure invoicing compliance with agreements and customer requirements.
