Michael Page International Belgium is recruiting for a role supporting domestic and international banking operations with a focus on payments, documentation, and client service. The position offers training and development within an international environment and a clearly defined career path.

The successful candidate will work in Brussels, engaging with local and international stakeholders and contributing to process improvements while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Experience in administration or banking support is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Process and monitor domestic and international payments.
• Manage incoming client requests and internal inquiries via email and phone.
• Support administrative follow-up of banking operations and client files.
• Assist with Trade Finance and Guarantee-related transactions.
• Maintain and update client documentation and e-banking agreements.
• Perform reconciliations, operational controls, and account maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and KYC requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
• Collaborate with local and international stakeholders.
