Rutronik Elektronische Bauelemente GmbH in Belgium seeks an Internal Sales Assistant to support sales processes, quotes, orders, and customer service across a global portfolio.

You will work closely with account management and logistics, maintain data, and identify new sales opportunities within Rutronik's electronics distribution network.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in internal sales, sales support, customer service, or order management.
• Experience in electronics distribution or a technical B2B environment is beneficial.
• Strong customer focus, organisational skills, and a structured, proactive way of working.
• Fluent Dutch, good English and French skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the achievement of sales and margin targets through reliable customer and order management.
• Manage quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules and commercial enquiries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional telephone and day-to-day sales support.
• Identify additional sales opportunities across Rutronik's product portfolio and support development of customers.
• Maintain customer, contract, and project data and prepare reports for sales planning and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Product Marketing, Material Management, Supply Chain and Accounts Receivable.

Your responsibilities with us:
