Rutronik Electronics Worldwide is seeking a proactive internal sales professional to support sales targets through reliable customer and order management, quotations, and delivery coordination. You will build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities across Rutronik’s product portfolio.

The role involves close collaboration with Account Management, Product Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth processing and reporting for sales planning.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in internal sales, sales support, customer service, or order management.
• Ideally experience in electronics distribution, electronic components, or another technical B2B environment.
• Strong customer focus, organisational skills, and a structured, proactive way of working.
• Fluent Dutch, good English and French skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the achievement of sales and margin targets through reliable customer and order management
• Manage quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and commercial enquiries throughout the sales process
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional telephone and day-to-day sales support
• Identify additional sales opportunities across Rutronik’s product portfolio and support the development of existing and new customers
• Maintain customer, contract, and project data and prepare reports for sales planning and performance tracking
• Work closely with Account Management, Product Marketing, Material Management, Supply Chain, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service
