Mr Expo is seeking an Internal Technical Sales Representative in Eupen to support and grow the customer base for industrial sensor and automation technology. The role involves advising customers, managing quotations, and coordinating technical projects.

The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge, be fluent in French, Dutch, and English, and work both independently and as part of a team. The position offers a permanent contract and a competitive salary within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge at A2 level in electromechanics or a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Ability to advise customers on technical solutions.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English; German is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Advise customers on technical solutions (by phone and email).
• Prepare and follow up quotations.
• Collaborate with the external sales team for the Dutch‑speaking market.

Internal Technical Sales Representative – JUMO Belgium (Eupen) reporting to the Sales Manager. You will support and grow JUMO’s customer base in Belgium within industrial sensor and automation technology. You will prepare and follow up quotations, manage orders and complaints, coordinate technical projects, support commercial activities, and work closely with sales, marketing and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on technical solutions (by phone and email).
• Prepare and follow up quotations.
• Collaborate with the external sales team for the Dutch‑speaking market.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Profile

• Technical knowledge at A2 level in electromechanics or a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Knowledge of measurement & control (instrumentation) is an asset.
• Native‑level Dutch proficiency (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of French and/or English/German is an advantage.
• Fluency in French, Dutch and English required; German is an asset.
