Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in internal sales, sales support, customer service, or order management.
• Ideally experience in electronics distribution or another technical B2B environment.
• Fluent Dutch, good English and French skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the achievement of sales and margin targets through reliable customer and order management.
• Manage quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and commercial enquiries throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional telephone and day-to-day sales support.
• Identify additional sales opportunities across Rutronik's product portfolio and support the development of existing and new customers.
• Maintain customer, contract, and project data and prepare reports for sales planning and performance tracking.
• Work closely with Account Management, Product Marketing, Material Management, Supply Chain, Accounts Receivable, and Customer Service.
