HEYTEC in Herstal is seeking an Internal Sales Engineer to listen to customers, provide technical answers, and support the Luxembourg market. The role covers the full order cycle from quotes to delivery, with strong emphasis on accurate administration and stock control in collaboration with the Service Center.

You will handle deliveries, maintain records, and work with colleagues to optimize stock. A technically oriented diploma and solid MS Office skills are expected, with an ability to work

• A technical diploma, preferably in electrical engineering, air conditioning or refrigeration technology.
• Strong administrative diligence and follow-up capabilities.
• Stress-resistant with the ability to take initiative and make decisions.
• Good priority setting and perseverance.
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Listen to customers and provide clear technical answers to their questions.
• Support the External Sales Engineer for Luxembourg and occasionally visit customers as needed.
• Manage the order process from start to finish: prepare quotes and ensure delivery of goods.
• Ensure correct administrative handling of all dossiers.
• Collaborate with colleagues from the Service Center to maintain good stock management.
• Receive and check deliveries from the central warehouse or suppliers and keep stock organized.
• Maintain accurate records and administration related to orders and stock.
• Take initiative and contribute new ideas; work under pressure and make decisions when required.
• Demonstrate persistence, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to set priorities.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).

Overview

Internal Sales Engineer position located in Herstal. The role involves listening to customers, providing technical answers, supporting the External Sales Engineer for Luxembourg, managing the full order process, and ensuring accurate administrative handling and stock control in collaboration with the Service Center.
