Job summary

TVH is seeking an AI Transformation Manager to drive strategic AI value realization, adoption, and governance across the organization in Belgium. You will report to the Director of Digital Data Products and AI and lead a cross-functional team to scale enterprise AI initiatives.

The role emphasizes shaping AI governance, responsible deployment, and organizational change, while delivering measurable business outcomes and ROI through live and upcoming AI projects.

Qualifications

• Masters-level facilitation and bridge-building across tech and business.
• Experience applying product-thinking, change management, and Agile/Scrum to technical projects.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data governance, fairness, bias mitigation, transparency and compliance.

We are already implementing AI solutions across our organization, and we are looking for an AI Transformation Manager to ensure strategic AI value realization, drive adoption and change management, and establish a robust governance framework.

Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Data Products and AI, you will play a central role in expanding our AI capabilities, guiding TVH at the forefront of AI adoption, and leading the cultural shift required to maximize the business value of our live and upcoming AI projects.

Your Responsibilities

Strategy, Implementation & Departmental Facilitation

• Partner with the Director of Digital Data Products and AI and enterprise leadership to execute and scale our enterprise-wide AI strategy in direct alignment with core business goals.
• Lead the expansion, adoption, and integration of AI technologies across TVH departments to deliver immediate, measurable business outcomes.
• Be the primary driving force and facilitator in interactions with departmental AI Ambassadors to determine tailored functional strategies and drive sustainable backlog creation and prioritization.

Adoption, Change Leadership & AI Culture

• Drive ongoing organizational and cultural transformation as the primary advocate for AI adoption across all business units.
• Engage with department heads and leadership to maintain alignment, manage expectations, and communicate progress and value delivered by active AI projects.
• Cultivate an AI-ready culture across the organization, accelerating the practical integration of AI tools into daily workflows and building a shared mindset focused on practical, responsible adoption.

Governance, Ethics & Value Frameworks (Lifecycle & FinOps)

• Define and enforce a comprehensive AI governance framework—including ethical guidelines, compliance policies, operational best practices, and principles of fairness, bias mitigation, transparency, and explainability.
• Maintain clear oversight and accountability across the entire AI lifecycle—from proof-of-concept to active production systems.
• Establish and execute enterprise frameworks for AI usage, adoption, AI FinOps, and AI value tracking to define, validate ROI, and actively drive tangible business outcomes across active and upcoming initiatives.

People Leadership & Team Enablement

• Recruit, lead, appraise, and coach team members within your functional area to build a high-performing execution team.
• Keep the team engaged, motivated, and supported to deliver on departmental objectives.
• Lead by example, securing buy-in for strategy, execution plans, and TVH's collaborative company culture.

Your Profile

• Master Facilitator & Bridge Builder: You excel at bringing technical teams and business stakeholders together. You know how to guide non-technical departments through change, listen to business pain points, and turn them into actionable AI opportunities.
• Organizational Fit & Drive: You are a natural self-starter with a 'get-things-done' mindset, comfortable serving as both the tactical and strategic engine operating directly under the Director of AI.
• Governance & Practical Tech Depth: Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data governance, and ethical deployment standards (fairness, bias mitigation, transparency, and compliance).
• Methodological Rigor: Experience applying product-thinking frameworks, change management methods, and Agile/Scrum methodologies to technical projects.
• People Leadership & TVH Cultural Fit: You lead through coaching, empathy, and clear communication—thriving in a down-to-earth, collaborative, and high-performing environment.
