As an Insurance Manager, you will lead large-scale transformation programs for leading insurers while growing Accenture’s Insurance practice, with a strong emphasis on Employee Benefits.

Formación

• Master's degree in a related field
• 5–9 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, insurance, Employee Benefits, business transformation, or project management
• Proven expertise in Employee Benefits (Group Insurance) through consulting or insurer roles

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver large-scale consulting and transformation engagements for insurance clients
• Act as trusted advisor to client leadership and stakeholders
• Drive project planning, governance, and execution across business and technology workstreams
• Lead workshops, steering committees and executive stakeholder discussions
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation and growth for clients
• Ensure high-quality delivery while managing scope, risks, timelines, and expectations
