Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or ERM roles.
• Strong understanding of non-financial risks and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to design and implement risk frameworks that enhance resilience.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and enhancement of ERM frameworks aligned with banking regulations.
• Assess impacts on target operating models (governance, processes, people, systems).
• Advise on risk and regulatory agendas to improve governance and decision-making.
