Batenborch International is recruiting a Sales Engineer to drive BeNeLux opportunities from the Benelux region, based in Diegem, Belgium. You will visit customers, articulate value, and align with the leadership team to execute a project-based selling approach.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in engineering, fluent Dutch and English, and proven technical-sales experience in OEM/production/heavy industries. Willingness to travel weekly to the Netherlands and engage across accounts is essential.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Willing to travel to the Netherlands at least weekly.
Technical-sales experience with proven results.
Experience selling to OEMs, production companies, or heavy industry.

Responsabilités

Generate new opportunities, visit customers and provide value.
Understand customers and feed input for a project-based approach with consultants.
Align priorities with sales leadership and set a prioritized plan.
Provide technical support to customers and connect them with experts as needed.
Develop sales initiatives and participate in events as an ambassador.
Predominantly warm prospecting (about 70%) and farming (about 30%).
