Job summary

Belgian Bank is seeking a motivated professional to join the Card Payments Team. The role focuses on modernizing card products and services and coordinating between business units and IT.

You will work in a full-time position with flexibility for 2–3 days of remote work per week, contributing to incident analysis, requirements review, and end-to-end delivery through UAT.

• Incident analysis and identification of areas for improvement.
• Assessment of change requests, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Definition of scope, target operating model, and business-to-IT interfaces.
• End-to-end implementation tracking up to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
