Insitoo-IT Freelances is seeking a Senior/Business Analyst to join a Belgian bank's Card Payments Team. You will analyze incidents, assess change requests, define scope and interfaces, and track delivery through UAT.

The role requires proven BA experience in card payments, deep knowledge of the Belgian market, and fluent English. French and/or Dutch are a plus, and experience with Agile practices is welcome.

Qualifications

• Must have Business Analyst experience in card/payments environment.
• Must have strong knowledge of the Belgian card payments market.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• French and/or Dutch is nice to have.
• Experience as Product Owner or within Agile frameworks is nice to have.
• Exposure to Wero, digital wallets, and card system architecture is nice to have.

Responsabilités

• Incident analysis and identification of areas for improvement
• Assessment of change requests, business requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Definition of scope, target operating model, and business-to-IT interfaces
• End-to-end implementation tracking up to User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
