Ansell is seeking an Associate Specialist Inside Sales to promote and sell Ansell products in Germany and Austria, with potential placement in Brussels or Krakow. You will manage distributor relationships, train sales forces, and drive eCommerce, web and event campaigns to meet targets.

The role emphasizes account management, pipeline development, and collaboration with Field Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to optimize stock and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales/commercial roles, international context a plus.
• Excellent communication via phone and email.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of distributors/partners in Germany & Austria and grow revenue.
• Formulate sales plans and objectives on a monthly/quarterly basis and execute in region.
• Achieve Marketing and Sales campaigns and ensure follow-up in the field.
• Build relationships with customers and understand their business needs.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and update Sales Leaders onCRM insights.
