Ansell Limited is seeking an Inside Sales Associate Specialist to promote and sell our products in the DACH region. The role focuses on account management with distributors and driving eCommerce, sales and marketing activities.

You will manage a portfolio across Germany & Austria, build strong distributor relationships, and support CRM-driven strategies to grow revenue while collaborating with marketing and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant experience welcomed.
• Proven sales/commercial experience in an international context.
• Strong telephone and written communication skills; comfortable with virtual meetings.
• Experience with SAP/CRM and MS Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Manage distributor/partner portfolio in Germany & Austria and grow revenue.
• Lead account development, prospect new opportunities, and close deals.
• Collaborate with marketing and field sales to execute campaigns.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and generate timely reports.
• Support Sales Leaders with territory plans and performance tracking.
