Zeekr Europe is seeking a Sales Operations & Logistics Expert in Belgium to oversee the end-to-end sales operations and logistics processes from order to delivery. You will work closely with dealers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution, accurate reporting, and timely issue resolution.

The role requires strong data handling, KPI tracking, and an operational mindset, with fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar sales operations, logistics, or supply chain role in automotive or related sector.
• Strong operational mindset focused on execution, accuracy, and structure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve issues proactively.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with data, reports, KPIs, and operational systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Manage and monitor vehicle orders, order changes, and deliveries to ensure smooth execution across the vehicle supply chain.
• Track vehicle flow from production through to customer delivery, identifying bottlenecks or delays.
• Support dealer incentive policy setup, administration and follow-up.
• Act as first point of contact for the dealer network on orders, deliveries, and logistics topics.
• Coordinate with dealers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain collaboration with central logistics team and monitor performance.
• Escalate and coordinate resolution of delays, damage cases, and logistics issues.
• Maintain high-quality data in systems related to order management, stock, registrations, and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze reports on stock, pipeline, deliveries, registrations, and KPIs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy and customer satisfaction.
