VAEngineering is seeking a Firmware Engineer to design, develop, and maintain embedded software for STM32 and ESP32-based systems, including Zephyr RTOS and Linux-based environments.

You will work across the full development lifecycle—from concept and architecture to production bring-up—writing robust C/C++ code, building drivers, validating hardware, and collaborating with hardware engineers to deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in embedded C/C++ development on MCU platforms.
• Hands-on with STM32/ESP32 and RTOS concepts.
• Experience with Zephyr RTOS and bare-metal peripherals.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain embedded firmware for microcontroller-based systems (STM32, ESP32, and similar MCUs).
• Design low-level drivers and interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, GPIO, etc.).
• Work with Zephyr RTOS for real-time applications.
• Integrate and debug peripherals, sensors, and communication stacks.
• Optimize performance, memory usage, and power consumption.
• Perform board bring-up, debugging, and hardware validation.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers and system architects.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented C/C++ code.
