TMC is an international high-tech consultancy company delivering expert support to clients across automotive, energy, medical devices, and telecom sectors. The Embedded Software Engineer will develop and maintain software for real-time systems, collaborating with hardware and software teams to deliver reliable firmware for microcontrollers and embedded Linux platforms.

You will contribute to verification, validation, and documentation, while staying updated with new technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science or related field.
Experience in embedded software development.
Good knowledge of C, C++ and Linux environments.
Knowledge of FreeRTOS, Zephyr is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch & English.
Fascinated by new technologies and always willing to update your knowledge.

Responsabilités

Translate system requirements into reliable and efficient code.
Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to define and refine requirements.
Implement firmware for microcontrollers and embedded Linux platforms.
Debug and troubleshoot hardware/software integration issues.
Develop drivers, communication protocols, and device interfaces.
Contribute to verification, validation, and documentation processes.
