In4Matic is seeking an experienced project manager to coordinate several security and infrastructure initiatives in a complex international IT environment. The role focuses on governance, communication, and follow-up rather than hands-on delivery, ensuring multiple workstreams stay aligned and progressing.

The position involves a 12-month consulting assignment with a hybrid work model requiring 2 days on-site weekly, across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Ireland.

• Define and track project scope, planning, budget, risks, and dependencies for each initiative.
• Translate stakeholder expectations into clear project objectives and actionable plans.
• Organize and lead steering committees and provide clear, consistent reporting.
• Ensure alignment between team leads, system engineers, and external partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for projects within the security and infrastructure domain.
• Contribute to the rollout and operationalization of the organization’s security and infrastructure strategy.
