ITS Group Benelux is seeking a Cyber Security Strategy & Project Manager to shape security strategy, lead strategic programs and engage with senior stakeholders in a complex regulatory environment in Belgium.

You will translate cybersecurity objectives into actionable portfolios, drive initiatives from concept to delivery, and provide executive guidance on security priorities, investments, and governance, while aligning with standards and internal governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management and Cyber Security.
• Strong expertise in Information Security Governance, Risk Management, and Security Strategy.
• Proven experience with enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and portfolio management.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL, ADKAR, CISSP, CISA, or CRISC are valuable assets.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.

Are you passionate about shaping cybersecurity strategy and driving high-impact transformation initiatives? We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Strategy & Project Manager to lead strategic security programs, define roadmaps, and engage with senior stakeholders in a complex and highly regulated environment.

As a key member of a Security Strategy & Delivery team, you will translate cybersecurity objectives into actionable portfolios, drive strategic initiatives from concept to delivery, and provide executive-level guidance on security priorities, investments, and governance. This role combines cybersecurity expertise, program leadership, and strong stakeholder management.

You have the following skills

• Define and maintain cybersecurity roadmaps, priorities, and investment plans.
• Lead complex security initiatives and transformation programs end-to-end.
• Manage project dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges across multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management to achieve strategic outcomes.
• Prepare executive presentations, governance materials, and decision-making support documents.
• Ensure alignment with security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance frameworks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of security policies, procedures, and operating models.
• Drive communication and engagement across all levels of the organization.

Key Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management and Cyber Security.
• Strong expertise in Information Security Governance, Risk Management, and Security Strategy.

• You have at least 10 years of professional experiences in IT
• If you are at least fluent in FR/ENG/NL it’s best
