Capgemini seeks an experienced IT Project Manager / IT Engagement Manager with a strong infrastructure background to lead strategic IT initiatives for a top retail client. You will act as the main interface among business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure projects in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or Engagement Manager in enterprise environments.
• Delivery of infrastructure projects and services with strong governance and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across business and IT teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and IT transformation projects.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies for delivery success.
• Serve as the primary contact for business and IT stakeholders across levels.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and governance forums.
• Identify and resolve issues to ensure delivery quality and minimize risks.
