Capgemini in Belgium is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager / IT Engagement Manager with a strong infrastructure background to lead and coordinate strategic IT initiatives in a retail context. You will bridge business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

The role requires proven leadership, budget and risk management, and excellence in stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Proven IT project management experience across infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor relationship skills.
• Experience in hybrid/onsite environments.
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch preferred.
