Salt is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Programme Manager to lead a major enterprise-wide Data Centre Modernisation programme. This strategic delivery role will drive cross-functional transformation across data centres, networks, cloud, security and platform engineering, with governance across executive-level forums.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams within a highly regulated financial services environment, ensuring timely initiation to implementation and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering large-scale technology infrastructure transformations.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders up to executive/C-level.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for governance forums.
• Robust experience with budget forecasting and investment management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure transformation programmes.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks and delivery quality.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across infrastructure, networking, cloud, security and platform engineering.
• Drive governance, ensuring compliance with methodologies, controls and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present executive reporting and programme status to senior leadership.
• Manage programme finances including forecasting, budgeting and value delivery.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies; ensure proactive mitigation.
