ITS Group Benelux seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a strategic Data & Analytics transformation program. You will drive the modernization of data capabilities via a scalable cloud data platform, data governance, and migration of legacy data.

You will coordinate projects, stakeholders, and governance to maximize business value and IT delivery. The role requires strong program management, data domain knowledge, and fluent FR/NL/EN, with a focus on collaboration across business and tech teams

Qualifications

• Five+ years as a Program Manager with IT projects.
• Experience leading cloud data platform modernization programs.
• Strong skills in risk, budget, scope and change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in multiple languages.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrate and integrate all projects within the Data & Analytics Program.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver value.
• Govern scope, budget, risks and benefits with formal reporting.
• Lead program steering committees and maintain alignment with roadmap.
• Ensure data platform architecture and migration activities are integrated.
