NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Client Project / Program Manager to lead concurrent client projects from concept to final implementation across multiple geographies and technologies. This role interfaces with stakeholders to deliver projects and hand over to Operations.

You will manage complex programs, ensure on-time delivery within budget, handle risks and changes, and support pre-sales with scoping and proposals. Hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Academic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business and/or project management or related field.
• Certifications: PMP preferred; ITIL is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Leads and directs concurrent standard or complex projects and ensures the management of multiple related projects.
• Engages with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation.
• Ensures client satisfaction and manages escalations, acting as a single point of contact to the client.
• Ensures that the project/program delivers an as-sold solution, remains within the baselined budget and is delivered on time while maintaining quality criteria and client satisfaction.
• Manages the delivery of the project/program, including scope control and change management.
• Documents and manages risks and issues.
• Ensures clear communications to all stakeholders.
• Provides pre-sales support by scoping and costing a project or program solution, including tender presentations.
• Coordinates activities of project teams through task delegation and resource assignment.
