HMS Networks is seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist to craft clear customer-facing documentation and learning materials for our Industrial Data Solutions. You will turn complex technical content into engaging guides, videos and tutorials, collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to ensure accuracy and usefulness.

The role blends hands-on product exploration with clear communication, aiming to improve the customer learning experience and support successful product adoption across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Automation or Electromechanics.
• Junior candidates with curiosity in automation and connectivity welcome.
• Able to explain technical topics clearly and professionally.
• Experience in technical writing is a plus but not required.
• Familiar with Paligo or similar documentation platforms is a plus.
• Interest in video creation, e-learning, multimedia content or AI-based tools is an advantage.
• Excellent written English.

Responsabilités

• Create, update and publish customer-facing documentation (installation guides, user manuals, articles).
• Test and explore product features to understand how they work.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
• Create engaging support materials like videos and tutorials.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management and Technical Services to ensure accuracy.
• Own content quality and continuously improve learning experiences.
• Experiment with new documentation methods and AI-powered tools.
• Support product launches with clear, accessible information from day one.
