Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a freelance Technical Operations Engineer for a manufacturing customer in Limburg. The role supports the Operations department by providing technical and administrative support for production equipment and processes.

Candidates will write and maintain technical documentation, coordinate change requests, and assist Production Technicians with investigations. The position is Medior/Senior, 6-12 months, 40 hours per week, with fluent Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical environment such as manufacturing or production.
• Ability to write clear, structured reports and procedures.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills for documenting actions and coordinating activities.
• Interest in how machines and processes work; formal engineering background not required.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain technical documentation including test protocols and CAPAs.
• Coordinate and follow up on equipment-related change requests and investigations.
• Support Production Technicians with machine-related investigations and documentation of findings.
• Manage and track testing activities, change requests and CAPA action lists.
• Assist with equipment testing, risk assessments and reports.
• Write, update and maintain URS and internal machine procedures and other documentation.
• Support data integrity by ensuring accurate, complete, and traceable records.
• Review audit trails, user access, calibration records and spare part information in the Asset Management System.
• Liaise with departments to coordinate document reviews, approvals, and follow-up actions.
• Support compliance with internal procedures and quality requirements.
