Job summary

Wygwam is seeking a Technical Writer & Content Coordinator to create, coordinate and maintain documentation for MOTIV and Niko products. You will define content plans, write and edit manuals, data sheets and online tools for installers and engineers across Europe.

You will collaborate with product managers, translation agencies and graphic teams, ensuring consistency and timely updates in the PIMDAM system. A strong focus on process improvement and cross-functional teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience writing technical documentation for both hardware and software.
• Excellent Dutch and English language skills.
• Ability to coordinate actions and create clear overviews.
• Team player with initiative and deadline awareness.

Responsibilities

• Define the content and planning of technical communication tools with product and project teams.
• Write, edit and maintain technical documentation for MOTIV and Niko products, apps and software.
• Collaborate with copywriters, external translation agencies and graphic teams.
• Ensure information is consistent, complete and accurate by coordinating documentation processes.
• Document processes in the PIMDAM database and continuously improve workflows.
