HMS Networks is seeking a Product Lifecycle Coordinator within our IDS division to drive lifecycle coordination for products and components, while contributing to performance, quality and cost-efficiency improvements.

The role is a cross-functional coordinator between Supply Chain, R&D and Product Management, ensuring information flows, deadlines are met and decisions are timely. A permanent contract with hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle management or product engineering in an industrial/IoT environment
• Ability to read technical documentation and component datasheets
• Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics (mandatory)
• Experience in an industrialization/production sector (mandatory)

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the lifecycle management process from initial tracking through to final decision (continuity, redesign, replacement, end-of-life)
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, R&D and Product Management to identify design improvements
• Identify and elevate risks related to obsolescence and supplier constraints
• Build and maintain dashboards and tracking materials to support decision-making
• Follow up with relevant teams to ensure deadlines and information completeness
• Act as coordination interface between Supply Chain, R&D and Product Management
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the lifecycle management process
