The Opportunity
You will be in charge of guaranteeing both the correct functioning of installations and automated systems, as well as the technological support necessary for the daily operations of the logistics centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnosis and resolution of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures.
- Support for automated systems and logistics lines.
- Management of technical inventory and spare parts.
IT Support
- Attention and support to internal users.
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment, industrial terminals, printers, and mobile devices.
- Resolution of hardware, software, and communications incidents.
- Support for corporate Microsoft tools and business applications.
- Basic management of local networks and communications.
Integration and customer support
- Technical support in customer integration projects.
- Assistance in connectivity tests and information exchange via EDI, APIs, or web services.
- Management and monitoring of incidents related to integrations.
- Coordination with operations, development, and customer teams during implementation processes.
What you bring to the table
- Technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, Automation, IT, or Systems.
- Experience in logistics, industrial, or automated environments.
- Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, frequency inverters, and automated systems.
- Experience in user support and IT infrastructure maintenance.
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, TCP/IP networks, and remote support tools.
- Experience in system integration (EDI, APIs, Web Services) is valued.
- Technical English is valued for interaction with international teams.
