To strengthen our management team, we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager.
The Opportunity
This is an important operational leadership role for an experienced and hands‑on manager who enjoys being close to the business and supporting people.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operational management of BPS. Your primary focus will be Operations, while ensuring close collaboration between Operations, Customer Service, Sales and the Local IT function.
You will help drive operational excellence, monitor performance, support department managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of our GDP‑compliant.
This role reports directly to the Managing Director of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operational management of BPS.
- Coach, support and coordinate the Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager.
- Ensure effective collaboration between Operations, Customer Service, Sales and Local IT.
- Monitor operational KPIs, service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse, transport and customer service activities.
- Ensure full compliance with GDP regulations, quality standards and company procedures.
- Support the daily coordination of warehouse operations, transport activities and subcontractor performance.
- Act as the operational escalation point for complex operational issues.
- Ensure operational continuity during the absence of the Operations Manager or Customer Service Manager when required.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, operational discipline and continuous improvement.

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 years of management experience within logistics, transport, healthcare logistics or another operational environment.
- Proven experience managing operational teams and coordinating managers.
- Experience with warehouse operations, transport, drivers and subcontractor management is a strong advantage.
- Experience in process improvement, KPI management and operational performance.
- Experience within GDP‑compliant pharmaceutical logistics or temperature‑controlled transport is an advantage.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
