Vivid Resourcing in Brussels, Belgium, seeks a Business Consultant to join a customer-facing team blending technical insight with commercial acumen. You’ll translate complex client needs into commercially viable solutions and drive proposals from initial contact to contract.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background and experience in a technical sales/consulting environment, with fluency in Dutch and English, plus a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an industrial/technical engineering discipline.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is desirable.
• Commercially minded with interest in developing customer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Meet with customers to understand their technical requirements, challenges and business needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the development of customer accounts.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations and other commercial documentation.
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical and commercial solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, project and technical teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Present solutions and proposals to customers and support negotiations through to contract.
• Follow up on leads, opportunities and ongoing projects.
• Attend customer meetings, site visits and industry events where required.
• Maintain a good understanding of the company's products, services and technical capabilities.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and the growth of the business.
