You will translate customer processes into actionable user stories, collaborate with compliance and risk teams, and configure Harmoney for KYC workflows.

Strong communication, ownership, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence are essential; fluent English and native Dutch or French are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on KYC/AML experience including onboarding, screening, EDD or alert handling.
• 2+ years in an analyst/implementation/delivery role or related field.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into structured requirements.
• Comfortable leading requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in KYC and AML, including client onboarding, screening, EDD, or alert handling
• 2+ years of experience as a business, functional, product, or delivery analyst, or implementation consultant
• Ability to turn ambiguity into structure
• Ability to hold your ground in requirements workshops
• Comfortable using Jira and Confluence
• Fluent English
• Native-level Dutch or French
• Ownership and initiative
• Experience with TPRM, REST APIs, Postman, browser DevTools, software testing/QA, or AI tools is nice to have
