Harmoney, a fast-growing fintech scale-up, is building software to transform compliance across Europe. You will sit between customer, product and engineering to ensure live implementations work smoothly, translating real client processes into engineer-ready stories.

You will configure the Harmoney platform for KYC/AML workflows, own testing before sign-off, and push back when requests should be product features. This role requires hands-on compliance experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in KYC and AML.
• 2+ years as a business, functional, product or delivery analyst, or implementation consultant.
• Able to turn ambiguity into structure and hold ground in workshops.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence.
• Fluent English with native-level Dutch or French.
• Takes ownership without prompting.

Responsabilités

• Sit with compliance and risk teams, understand their real process, and translate it into user stories for engineers.
• Configure the Harmoney platform to fit KYC and AML workflows. Configuration, not custom code.
• Own testing and validation before customer sign-off; identify issues before production.
• Push back when a request should be a product feature rather than a one-off solution.
• Write user guides and knowledge base articles so answers exist before questions.
