Jobtailor in Belgium seeks a delivery analyst with KYC/AML experience to bridge customers, product, and engineering during live implementations.

You will translate customer processes into actionable user stories, collaborate with compliance and risk teams, and configure Harmoney for KYC workflows.

Strong communication, ownership, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence are essential; fluent English and native Dutch or French are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on KYC/AML experience including onboarding, screening, EDD or alert handling.
• 2+ years in an analyst/implementation/delivery role or related field.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into structured requirements.
• Comfortable leading requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Sit between customers, product, and engineering to ensure live implementations work
• Work with compliance and risk teams to understand their processes
• Translate customer processes and needs into user stories for engineers
• Configure the Harmoney platform for KYC and AML workflows
• Own testing and validation before customer sign-off
• Distinguish scalable product features from one-off customer requests
• Write user guides and knowledge base articles
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously
• Structure ambiguous or incomplete requirements and communicate automation limitations to clients
