Job summary
AbbVie in Belgium is seeking a Pipeline Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our Medical Affairs team. You will serve as a scientific partner to investigators and healthcare professionals, facilitating evidence-based discussions and supporting clinical research activities with non-promotional interactions.
The ideal candidate holds an advanced scientific degree and has experience in Medical Affairs or clinical research in Oncology or Hematology, with fluency in English, French and Dutch, and
Qualifications
- Advanced degree and relevant life sciences background.
- Experience in Medical Affairs, clinical research or scientific exchange.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific information clearly.
- Strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scientific relationships with investigators and healthcare professionals.
- Support AbbVie-sponsored Phase I-III trials with scientific oversight.
- Facilitate scientific discussions related to AbbVie products in a compliant, non-promotional manner.
- Respond to medical inquiries and provide scientific resources to investigators.
- Support IIS concepts and interactions between investigators and medical teams.
- Deliver scientific presentations on diseases and pipeline compounds.
- Identify opportunities for research collaborations and advisory boards.
- Represent AbbVie at national and international congresses and meetings.
