Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Pipeline Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join its Medical Affairs team in Belgium. The MSL will act as a field-based scientific expert and partner to healthcare professionals, investigators, and experts, supporting non-promotional, evidence-based interactions and clinical research activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Affairs, clinical research or related pharma environment.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific information to diverse audiences.
• Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted scientific relationships with investigators and healthcare professionals.
• Support initiation, conduct, oversight and follow-up of AbbVie-sponsored trials.
• Facilitate scientific discussions around AbbVie products in a compliant, non-promotional manner.
• Respond to medical inquiries and provide scientific/technical support to investigators.
• Identify opportunities for collaborations and educational initiatives.
• Represent AbbVie at national/international scientific meetings and congresses.
