Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment's client, a growing investment fund active in impact investing, is seeking a Project Officer to coordinate and drive a broad range of operational initiatives across fundraising, governance, and special projects.

You will combine project management, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement with hands-on business support, taking ownership of ad hoc projects and contributing to investor materials, data rooms, and cross‑functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in a business-facing role.
• Background in consulting, project management, operations, or corporate development.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Autonomous, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate special projects across the firm.
• Support AI tools adoption and best practices.
• Prepare fundraising materials and investor documentation.
• Maintain investor data room and liaise with external counsel.
• Create presentations and management reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure execution.
