Edgard & Cooper seeks an Impact Manager to own the global sustainability strategy and drive measurable progress. You will train and align teams, advise product groups on ethics, and lead partnerships forming the Edgard & Cooper Foundation.

You will champion B Corp practices and steer welfare and sourcing roadmaps while representing the company at events. You will guide a small, expert team in a fast-growing, international scale-up environment, ensuring concrete, impact-driven outcomes aligned

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience developing and implementing sustainability, impact or responsible business strategies.
• Proven experience managing and developing a team.
• Strong knowledge of environmental sustainability, ethical practices, animal welfare and regulatory/reporting requirements.
• Experience designing and delivering training, communications or engagement programmes.
• Strong stakeholder and partnership skills with external organisations.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, values-led approach.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own Edgard & Cooper's global impact strategy.
• Build training programmes that align the organisation to sustainability goals.
• Advise product teams on sustainability and ethics and foster external partnerships.
• Lead the Impact & Foundation team and the Edgard & Cooper Foundation.
• Champion B Corp practices, own Animal Welfare Policy and sourcing roadmaps; represent the company at industry events.
