Thales in Tubize, Belgium is looking for an Integrated Logistics Support Manager to manage the delivery of initial support services. You will lead the team in providing training, tools, and documentation to meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, has experience in the Defence sector, and is fluent in French and/or Dutch and English. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Master of Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent university degree, with experience in support and maintenance services.
• Experience in the Defence sector is an asset.
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch, and in English.

Responsabilités

• Manage the delivery of initial support services including special tools and documentation.
• Organise and measure performance of subcontractor’s contribution.
• Schedule and monitor training sessions with customer representatives.
