Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior ICT business analyst to deliver independent technical and financial assessments of a digital platform. You will advise whether to retain and optimise it, substantially adapt it, or replace it with alternative tools, based on objectives, costs and risks.

You’ll review technical debt, API integrations, maintenance costs and compare scenarios, presenting evidence-based recommendations aligned with budget.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in business operations applied to ICT.
• Five years of project management experience.
• Experience developing and optimising business processes (BPM).

• Research alternative platforms and tools that could replace existing functionality.
• Present a concise, evidence-based recommendation aligned with objectives and budget.

What you bring

Nice to have

• Stakeholder management experience.
• Project cost control, scheduling, coordination, planning and estimation.
